Our company will work with each district to ensure that spare parts are located at our facility for a quick turn around on all devices.
 
Option 1 – Monthly Service Contract ( 1 year term) (this is for currently installed devices)

Monthly service contract based on the number of devices in the district. Weekly a member of our team will come to a central location to pick up defective devices. We will assess issues and email district contact with quote for parts that are needed for repair. All parts cost will be paid for by the district.

Option 2 – Flat Fee Repair (this is for currently installed devices)

Weekly a member of our team will come to a central location to pickup defective devices. We will assess issues and email district contact with quote for parts that are needed for repair. All parts cost will be paid for by the district and a flat fee of $40 will be charge per device.

 

Other Chromebook services:

Asset Tracking – This can be purchased for any device in your district for $4 per device and includes tagging and entering into your inventory system.

White glove – This can be purchased for new devices whether the devices were purchased through us or not. We charge $10 per device for setup on chrome management.

White glove with installation – This can be purchased for new devices whether the devices were purchased through us or not. We charge $20 per device for setup of device, installation into cart or classroom and inventory tracking (including tagging and entering into system).

Accidental Protection Warranty – This can be purchased for new chromebook installs whether the devices were purchased through us or not. This can be purchased in a 1, 2 or 3 year term.

  • 1 year – $50 per device
  • 2 year – $85 per device
  • 3 year – $120 per device
